Brilliant customer service from Jackie at Dryrobe who went over and above to ensure I received my robe in time for my trip!!

Amazing, very prompt service. Very polite and professional. I just had a minor question about the robe that I had already purchased, and customer service was extremely prompt in getting back to me and giving me the information I needed. Even when I was asking follow-up questions! AWESOME!

I absolutely love the DryRobe itself. When they say it's 100% windproof, it's TRUE. While it is used for it's intended purpose (cold water swimming), I do use it outside occasionally when it's really windy because absolutely nothing keeps out wind like this thing does, and I live in the sub-Arctic of Canada in -40 degree winters with North Face and Canada Goose parkas. The river we swim in barely makes it above 9C in the high summer, so this robe is a luxury that is worth the money 100%. High quality, looks luxurious and is really really well made. If you're thinking about it, I wouldn't hesitate to get it.

Having ordered a Black Camo/Pink DryRobe without checking delivery timescale and having not seen an option for next day delivery, I found myself on the verge of disappointing my wife on her birthday this week. The customer service team picked up on my distress and effortlessly ensured the robe was delivered right on schedule!
Unfortunately I managed to get both the colour combo and size wrong which meant some disappointment.
I had a possible second chance to put things right in time for an event this weekend to which my wife had hoped she would attend wearing said birthday present. I therefore contacted Jackie who had already impressed me with her timely attention and once again she demonstrated the company’s commitment to great customer outcomes by making it possible for me to effortlessly order another DryRobe to arrive in time for the event. If even a small proportion of people truly followed through with initial promises as Jackie did on behalf of DryRobe, then the world would be a much simpler and more enjoyable place!

Dryrobes are the bomb! Useful for so many occasions.
I recently purchased a second one so my son’s birthday. After a mix up with delivery and a bit of a panic it wouldn’t then arrive in time - Jenna and her team at Dryrobe were fantastic - pulling out all the stops to make sure it did. Resulting in a delighted new owner! He’s hardly taken it off since its arrival.

Lovely coat, warm and keeps you dry. Sadly zip faulty after 4 wears. (Never worn at the sea. Used for standing around at games) disappointed with quality as very expensive to buy.

I am actually overwhelmed with the kindness from the customer service team. I’ve had a robe for around 2 years and recently the zip broke, I sent an email asking if it could be replaced in which they responded quickly with a yes. Not only that, I was able to pick a different colour. Dry robe are 100% top quality customer service and I’ll always be a customer 😊 thank you so much!

First of all I love the Dryrobe products A LOT. I bought one of the coats a year ago to wear to my winter swimming adventures, but immediatly started wearing the coat during walks with my dog, since it shields me from rain and cold that good. The pockets are huge (love it) and the inside is warm and fuzzy. The overall quality is great. Good to know for small humans: first I ordered the small one, but it was kinda big on me. I know it's supposed to be big - so you can change underneath- but the Kids one fitted me better (I'm 1.65m).
A couple of weeks ago I bought the change mat and the compression travel bag as well, they are both great. I also ordered a dog coat, and there was some confusion around my order, I contacted DryRobe and they fixed it immediatly and refunded one of the products. Later they found out that the product I wanted was in stock after all, and they send me the dog coat for free. I was flabbergasted, never had such good customer service. But apart from the refund: great products. Would definitely order new stuff. (And for the Whippet owner looking for the right size: my dog is very happy in his size L, M was a bit too short)
